The trustees of the Secret Garden liaise with various local organisations to make the garden accessible for the widest possible number of visitors. On this page you'll find links to all the relevant groups we currently welcome to the garden or with whom we are in discussion.

During 2024 we hosted groups from Somerset Centre, Downs Syndrome Development Trust, Artspace, and classes from St Luke's Primary School, who continue to visit and use the garden.

In 2025 we were delighted also to work with Sussex Mindfulness Centre who ran courses at the garden for refugees.

In 2026 we're hosting two open garden days for charities - the Friends of Brighton & Hove Hospitals, and Martlets Hospice
