The Secret Garden: Privacy Policy

The Secret Garden Kemp Town/ Antony Dale Trust is a Registered  Charity that processes data from its supporters for certain legitimate charitable and operational purposes necessary to fulfil its aims and charitable objectives. Our promise to you is that we will be clear, honest and open in the way we use your data, only use it in ways you should reasonably expect us to, and to stop using it should you request us to, or after you cease to engage with us for a reasonable length of time. When you opt to subscribe to our mailing list, we will collect your name, address and electronic contact details (email and/or phone) to ensure you have the information you need about the garden in general, forthcoming events or opportunities to support our work.

The contact details we collect from you will be used to select and inform you of other relevant news or activities we think may be of interest to you, as well as opportunities to support our work as a Registered Charity.

Our usual method of contacting our Supporters, Benefactors and mailing list subscribers is via email. If you prefer to be contacted by post or telephone, or not to be contacted at all, please let us know .

The personal information that you give us will never be supplied to anyone outside The Secret Garden/ Antony Dale Trust for contact purposes without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.
