The Secret Garden is a unique facility for Brighton. It is the only garden of its type in the city, and the only place where major outdoor works of sculpture can be shown in a secure setting.

The garden itself, with its new planting scheme, is the perfect backdrop for the artworks and an oasis of calm in which to enjoy them.

The Secret Garden is run by The Antony Dale Trust, a registered UK charity, governed by a small board of dedicated Trustees, all of whom offer their expertise free of charge, and who are responsible for raising sponsorship for the project. Registered Charity number: 1124822. For a list of Trustees, please click here

The Trustees are planning two exhibitions each year. These will show outstanding works by major sculptors and also by the best talents of the new generation. Brighton and Sussex is home to a number of excellent sculptors and leading art colleges. Many exhibitions will include works by these artists. The Trustees are also currently improving visitor facilities.
